I've had some great NYE, the kind where you plan, you go out with friends, you have so much fun and are pretty much useless the next day.... but the past few years havent been like that. Its funny, I dont go out looking for plans... I am content at home. Last night (NYE), we had macaroni and cheese for dinner, we watched Despicable Me (super cute movie), and after Addison went to bed, Nate and I crawled into bed, watched a movie called "The Crazies" and at 12:13 we noticed it was the new year, he said "Happy New Year Hun" and that was it, no champagne, no midnight kiss, no parties... some people might think I am boring, but I am OK with that. I love it.
I love having an extra day off of work, Friday seemed like Saturday, Saturday seemed like Sunday, tomorrow (Sunday) is like an extra day (even though it will go way to fast, and will be back at work before I know it).... I still love the extra day off. I havent left the house since I got home from Aculpoco's Thursday night, had an enjoyable dinner out with Jamie :)
I've stayed in my jammies, I've played with baby dolls, blocks, pillow pets... helped put together a vanity... gosh, I love it! I wish I could do it everday! :)
